At Henderson's Western Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn western apparel and gear. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all boot boxes are protected inside a separate shipping box to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
